CITM produces special projects of new boats together with a team of designers, architects, naval engineers, project managers.
Develops and optimises boats produced in series proposing original and exclusive projects following the needs and request of the client or of a professional whip owner (commercial vessel, charter).
This specialization consents to elaborate new solutions, to revisit original plans, to propose special or limited editions boats, with new opportunities of management.
It manages naval riffiting operations allowing new and modern uses of old boats/ships.
CITM and its design team have elaborated though its own research and development laboratory a
model of project development that takes into consideration some fundamental priorities: analysis of client needs, verification of the periods and areas where the boat is used, research and selection of production sites.
The selection of shipyards, services and materials needed to the construction of boats is done through international tender that result in the maximum competitiveness in the construction and management of boats.
CITM organizes and coordinates management plans of old and new shipyards, optimises and follows the opening of new marines and tourist ports.
